This privacy policy for Calder Valley Accommodations (“we”, “us”, or “our), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your information when you use our services, such as when you book through our website. 

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us.

We collect personal information that you provide to us when you make an enquiry/booking through our website . The information we may collect from you include the following:

· Names

· Phone numbers

· Email address

· House address

Sensitive information – We do not process sensitive information.

Payment data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make a booking. All payment data is delt with by Stripe. You can find their privacy policy here https://stripe.com/gb/privacy .

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes such as personal information. 

STORING YOUR DATA 

If you make an enquiry your name and contact details are only used for the purposes of answering the enquiry. If the enquiry does not lead to a booking, these details are typically deleted within 30 days.

If you ask us to keep your details on file in case a cancellation comes up, we will store and use it as described above and delete it as soon as the period requested by you has passed, unless you have made a booking with us in that time.

If you book with us your details are held in our booking records for the minimum time required by law, which is 1 years as required for accounting purposes. 

MAILING LISTS

We may use your email address for a couple of reasons: to share with you our Welcome Book, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right, to receive feedback and to offer you discounts on stays. 

You can opt out of receiving emails at any time by emailing us the word Unsubscribe to cvaccommodations@outlook.com 

RESERVATION INFORMATION

When you make a reservation online through Bookalet, your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our third-party reservation system, Bookalet.

When you make a reservation through a third-party reservation organization, such as AirBnB, Booking.com etc, your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in their respective reservation platforms AND our third-party reservation system, Bookalet.

We may download parts of your personal information onto an excel spreadsheet and reservation calendar. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company or person without your consent.

PAYMENTS

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to cvaccommodations@outlook.com
