If you need to cancel your booking you must email us as soon as possible. We understand that plans can change, and we offer the following cancellation policy:

• Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
• Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
• No show: The full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Check in is from 3pm onwards, and check out is by 10am. 

There are no designated parking spaces at the apartment. You may park briefly to unload, then move your car to the nearby Burnley Road car park, which is about a 3 minute walk away. The car park operates on a pay and display basis from Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm, 40p per hour with all day parking available for 2 pound. You can pay for parking via your phone using the APCOA Connect App.

Yes, we welcome a maximum of two well-behaved dogs.

Our properties include a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, Wi-Fi, smart TV, iron and ironing board and washing machines.

Our properties include children's cups, bowls and plates. travel cots and dining booster seats are available upon request. 

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi in all of our apartments.

Yes, Mytholmroyd is well connected by train and bus. You can easily travel to nearby towns from our apartments. There is a bus stop just outside of the apartment and the train station is a 5-8 minute walk away.

Yes, we offer the option to book multiple apartments, perfect for larger groups or families. Please contact us to arrange group bookings.
